1. We’re large enough to have the industry contacts, the database, and the resources to get the job done, but small enough that we can put a lot of time and attention on your search. Depending on the search, we typically devote 150 to 200 manhours to each search and have a team of 3 to 8 recruiters working on it.

3. Our search process is very similar to the big, international, retained executive search firms, but the fees we charge are significantly less.
4. We are very selective in the candidates we will represent to you. We typically review over 100 resumes and interview 10 potential candidates for every one we present to you.
5. We conduct very thorough searches. There are 19 ways to find candidates, and we use most of them. Most firms only use 2 or 3 (call their industry contacts, search their internal database, and maybe search an online resume database or two). We use those avenues as well, along with identifying the 50 or so companies most similar to yours (and calling them), contacting applicable trade associations, searching applicable university alumni directories (Georgia, Georgia Tech, Duke, UNC, Wake Forest, Vanderbilt, etc.), finding seminar/training attendee lists on the Internet, searching the Internet itself for names from your industry or your specific competitors, getting senior management names out of business directories like Hoovers, D&B Selectory and BusinessWise, etc., posting the position on an online job board (and sifting through that volume of email responses!), etc.
6. We’re a generalist search firm, meaning we can fill your critical management positions in any discipline (Accounting & Finance, Operations, HR, IT, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Security, etc.), so you won’t have to take the time to “break in” another search firm.
7. We take the time to get to know your culture and all the “selling points” of your company, so that we can identify and attract the right candidates, and get them excited about your opportunity.
